竹韻小集為根據《稅務條例》第88條獲豁免繳稅的慈善機構(編號：91/11936)，如捐款總額為港幣$100或以上，可憑捐款收據申請扣減稅項，並獲贈紀念品乙份。正式收據及紀念品將郵寄至閣下提供之地址。您的慷慨捐助，可幫助我們貫徹樂團的理念和願景，促進香港中樂文化的發展。

Windpipe Chinese Music Ensemble is a charitable institution which is exempt from tax under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (IR File No.: 91/11936), if your donation over HK$100 is tax deductible with an official receipt. Donor will be gifted a souvenir. Both will be sent to your mail address in due course. Your contribution is crucial to us for sustaining and developing our ensemble, in order to promote the development of the Chinese Music culture in Hong Kong.

於各銀行的網上版或APPS版選擇「轉數快」轉帳至「WINDPIPE CHINESE MUSIC ENSEMBLE LIMITED」中國銀行賬戶，在受款人填上我們的FPS識別碼「6957823」或 電話「+852-90637564」其中一項，然後輸入捐款金額，並於受款人提示信息一欄填上你的姓名、聯絡電話。

For the donation by FPS, please transfer your donation to our bank account: WINDPIPE CHINESE MUSIC ENSEMBLE LIMITED (Bank of China Hong Kong). Please either fill in our FPS ID: 6957823 or our phone no. (+852-90637564) on the column of payee, and then fill in the donation amount. Please also write down your name and phone contact on the column of the message to payee.

捐助人提供的資料會用作登記捐助記錄，以及為閣下提供竹韻小集最新的節目及活動資料。根據個人資料(私隱)條例第18、第22及附表1內6原則的規定，捐助人有權要求查閱及更正所提供的個人資料。倘若對填報個人資料一事有任何疑問，包括要求查閱或更改資料等，請與竹韻小集聯絡。

The Personal data provided by means of the form will be used for filing donation records and updating donors of Windpipe Chinese Music Ensemble's performances and activities. Donors have the right to request access to and to correct personal data in accordance with section 18, 22 and principle 6 of Schedule 1 to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Enquiries concerning the personal data, including request for access and correction, may be directed to the Windpipe Chinese Music Ensemble Limited.
